Compact single room with 2 double beds instead of singles, the windows for maintenance, for example. Very good selection for breakfast with rice. Location - magnificent, close to the pub at around 9:30pm for a drink, a very good restaurant, MIchelin guide 2016, and the centre of town.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 1 night, nonetheless everything was excellent. The hotel was in a good position near the friendly pub, the south coast and the promenade a couple of hundred yds past the pier 1700hrs to 0900hrs. Besides, the place was within walking distance of Liverpool Central Library.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel with amazingly kind personnel from top to junior member. All in all great and lovely setting just off a square with drinkers out until 11.30 to 12.00 tuesday and town centre. Right next to Blackpool Beach.

My stay was absolutely amazing for my short visit. The breakfast was incredible and very very good and had variety of food. This room was good sized and functional with a particularly nice view of the sea. The location was great and fab, close to Deal Timeball Tower Museum.
